The Medical Outpatient Unit (MOU), where chemotherapy treatments and other infusions are given, is conveniently located in the
Medical Sciences Pavilion on PinnacleHealth’s Community Campus which also houses medical oncology as well as radiation therapy, imaging and many support services for cancer patients.
The MOU was designed for your comfort with warm décor and 12 treatment bays with comfortable chairs selected based on input from former patients. Oncology nurses, who are registered nurses with additional specialized cancer care training, always staff the MOU, and a medical oncologist is always on site.
