Art projects and group discussion are used to help children identify and express the feelings they may be experiencing. New friendships and bonds are created with other young ones going through a similar experience. CLIMB was developed by The Children’s Treehouse Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the emotional support of children who have a loved one with cancer, and CLIMB is led by PinnacleHealth Cancer Institute social workers.
To register or for more information about the CLIMB program, contact the PinnacleHealth social worker at (717) 724-6790
